1. Agreement

5. Limitation of Liability

(b) Goodhome makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content provided on the Service.

6. Termination

Goodhome reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
